Prodoscore data provides insight into how employees and departments are engaged each day to identify things like burnout, gaps in training, and tool adoption, and much more. Productivity data also helps create an environment of accountability, supports flexible work and mitigates micromanagement.

Because Prodoscore is a cloud-based solution, we can present richer data and offer a 90 day lookback from day 1 so you’re not starting at ground zero. Plus, implementation is quick and easy, and noninvasive.

We use the cloud to capture data in near real-time and display it in such a way that it’s easy to access, manage, and act on. Prodoscore’s proprietary scoring system aggregates data from disparate tools, assigns and weight, and generates a simple score indicative of digital engagement.

Prodoscore surfaces productivity insights at the employee, department, and organizational level including metrics around tool utilization, time spent in various applications, internal collaboration, daily work cadences, hours worked, and workload to name a few.

Prodoscore can’t get rid of data silos but it does aggregate data from disparate systems and present it in one dashboard that’s easy to understand and act on.

Yes, Prodoscore’s Customer Success team will talk new customers through the simple onboarding process and provide hands-on training to all managers and users. The US-based team is available 5 days a week 9am – 5pm EST with offshore support during off hours and weekends.

Users can submit feedback directly within the Prodoscore dashboard (and include a screenshot if applicable) or reach out to their dedicated Account Management team.

We don’t need to! The goal is not to capture every activity but instead to get an understanding of an employee’s general engagement with company tools. Also remember that employees are benchmarked against the same roles so it’s not critical that we capture every daily activity. We do pull in data from many popular business applications with 50+ integrations to date.

We have the ability to track simple browser activity with a Chrome Extension.

Security

The data that Prodoscore collects is stored on the Google Cloud Platform, GCP, so it never leaves the Google network.

Prodoscore has successfully completed the Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type audit, which verifies that Prodoscore’s information security practices, policies, procedures, and operations meet the highest standards for security, availability, and confidentiality. We make it a priority to ensure that our customers’ data and systems are kept safe.

If you would like further details, we would be happy to provide you access to the SOC 2 compliance report. However, we require that you sign a non-disclosure agreement first.

No. We recommend you build a hierarchy within your organization to limit the view to employees and managers. Administrators have full access to view scores across the organization . Managers can only view themselves and the employees assigned to them; employees can view their personal score and where they rank amongst peers.

Employee data is kept for as long as you are a customer of Prodoscore or until you update the employee’s role to ‘terminated.’
